Step2: Select the date of your last period
The accuracy of the graph calculated depends on you periodically updating the date of your last period. You should keep this information updated at least once every 8 weeks.
Step3: Select the length of your menstrual cycle
The average length of a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days. However, it's normal for the length to be longer or shorter. To determine the length of you cycle, you need to count the number of days between your periods (first day of bleeding). Don't forget to add 1 for the first day.
Step4: Luteal Phase
The luteal phase is the latter phase of your ovulation cycle. It starts after ovulation and ends one day before your next period. Most women have a luteal phase of 14 days. If you do not know the length, you may leave it at 14 or ask your doctor how you can determine the length of your Luteal Phase.
